MULTI PURPOSE LIQUID SOAP PROJECT:

The purpose of the project is to empower individuals by providing access to various resources and facilities for their personal development. By offering skills and materials, the project aims to enable communities to overcome poverty and create opportunities for growth and learning. Through this initiative, individuals will have the chance to enhance their abilities and acquire new knowledge, ultimately leading to improved livelihoods and a better quality of life. This project is designed to support and uplift communities by providing the necessary tools and support for individuals to thrive and succeed.

The target beneficiaries for this program are individuals with disadvantage families, drop-out school students, widows, vulnerable children, orphans, and younger entrepreneurs. The program offers a free education short course, specifically for those who cannot afford tuition fees. Additionally, it provides funds, loans, or materials/equipment to help those who are ready to start their own self-employment ventures after completing their training. The program also includes supervision to ensure that beneficiaries are able to grow, help one another, and effectively manage the funds or loans they have received. This initiative aims to support and empower individuals who are facing various challenges in their lives, enabling them to create a better future for themselves and their families.

We provide training to both women and men on how to make a multi-purpose liquid soap, empowering them to start their own business and generate income instead of being unemployed. Our high-quality products are sold at a low cost, as part of our community service to assist those in need. Additionally, we donate some of our products to orphans, vulnerable children, the elderly, widows, and pregnant dropout-school. This initiative not only helps individuals in need but also supports the community as a whole. By encouraging entrepreneurship and giving back to those in need, we strive to make a positive impact on society.

Our organization has been dedicated to empowering individuals to become financially independent by providing free training and resources. Many people in our community are unemployed and seeking opportunities to learn new skills without the burden of cost. We have made it our mission to not only provide training, but also to donate materials to help them start their own projects. By setting up a budget from our production, we are able to give back to those in need through donations and free training. Our goal is to support the members of our community in their pursuit of self-sufficiency and entrepreneurship.

Our main goal is to provide affordable training to the community and establish training centers in various locations to reach as many people as possible. We also offer free education to un-employed individuals. This allows us to maintain a high-quality soap production to keep our market strong, both within Tanzania and internationally. We are also dedicated to updating our office equipment and teaching tools to ensure our center meets international standards and remains in good condition.

The biggest challenge we are currently facing is the inability to provide enough training facilities for the many people who want to learn. The running costs are high, and we do not have enough materials and equipment for practical use. This has led to us having to turn away over a hundred people who still want to join the training. Even after their completion of the study, we are unable to supply materials and equipment to all students as part of our vision to support them post-training. However, we are hopeful that as we continue to produce, we will be able to support more people in the future.

Most community members would greatly benefit from a free training program followed by start-up capital support or equipment after completing their training. Many of them are unemployed and unable to afford the tuition fees, so providing a non-fee program for those who cannot pay would ensure that no one is left behind or has to suffer due to financial constraints. This measure would not only help individuals gain valuable skills and knowledge but also empower them to start their own businesses and contribute to the community's economic growth. By offering this support, we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to improve their livelihood and pursue their aspirations.

The resolution is to recommend providing adequate space and facilities for learners interested in joining training sessions, as well as for the organization to increase the production of multi-purpose liquid soap. This will enable the group to produce larger quantities of liquid soap every month, allowing for distribution on a national and even worldwide scale. By expanding the training and production facilities, the organization will be able to meet the growing demand for their product while also providing more opportunities for individuals to learn and develop new skills.

The budget of $9,000 has been allocated for the production materials of our multi-purpose liquid soap. This budget will cover the cost of all necessary ingredients, modern machines, materials, promotions, stickers, wages, and the expansion of the production room. Our goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the production process by managing and allocating these funds carefully. We aim to maintain the quality and consistency of our product while controlling costs to ensure profitability. The budget will be used to procure high-quality materials that meet our production standards and align with our commitment to creating a superior multi-purpose liquid soap.
